Sacred Dance Journey is a monthly women’s circle devoted to sacred movement, ritual, breath and embodied healing. Through guided improvisation, sacred circle dance, somatic inquiry, and group ritual we gather to reconnect with ourselves, with each other, and with the wisdom of the feminine body. All women, all ages are welcome—no experiences necessary, come as you are!

Workshop is 7:30-9:30 followed by tea & snacks
