Spring Series will focus on Raks Doira!! (Dance of the Drum)

In this seven week series we will focus on both traditional and contemporary ways of dancing with the drum. We will learn two choreographies (a creative interpretation, and a traditional Raks Doira in the Tajik style.)

This class is best as an added on class to the morning Nava Dance format for a full “Nava” experience, as we will not be going through a full warm up. However it is okay to only register for this class, but please stretch before class.
