Nava Dance Fall Choreography series will offer a dynamic and fast paced class for dancers wanting a good challenge! This series will focus on various traditional Tajik dance styles (technique and choreography) as well as daf/doira playing. (Daf or frame drum is okay)

The class is meant as an add on to the morning Nava Dance format class, so we will not be going through a full stretch series and “Nava warm up.” Please stretch before class if taking without the morning class, however it is recommended to take both classes for the full experience.
